The ninth annual national meeting of research nurses and clinical trial coordinators will take place on September 7–8, 2026, at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno.
This two-day professional conference is primarily intended for clinical research nurses and coordinators from various types of healthcare facilities. A limited number of spots are also reserved for monitors and representatives of sponsors, pharmaceutical companies, and CROs.
This year’s program will focus on the role of the study coordinator, digitization and the use of hospital information systems as electronic source documentation, the lifecycle of an investigational drug at the center, management of the Investigator Site File, and the use of artificial intelligence in the day-to-day practice of clinical trials. The program will also include practical demonstrations of real-world scenarios from a coordinator’s perspective.
The first day of the conference will be rounded out by a social evening hosted by the PharmAround Foundation at the Museum of Applied Arts in Brno, which will provide an opportunity for informal gatherings, the exchange of experiences, and networking among clinical center staff.
The event is organized by the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University, the Czech National Network for Clinical Research (CZECRIN), the Association of Study Coordinators and Nurses, and the PharmAround Endowment Fund.
