Data Centric Clinical Research
With the data revolution playing an increasing role in all aspects of clinical research this year we will focus on some of the impacts, benefits and challenges of the rise of data and technology. Different stakeholders from the community will share their experiences on topics ranging from the integration of the new technical assets, eHealth, data science, the data protection legislation and collaboration of academia and industry, among others.

History of International Clinical Trials Day
ICTD commemorates the launch of a groundbreaking clinical trial conducted by James Lind on sailors suffering from scurvy on May 20, 1747. Recognising his founding role in shaping contemporary clinical research, ECRIN commemorates this milestone by opening up new topics in clinical research for discussion each year around this important date.

Event Organiser
This event is organised by ECRIN (European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network) and in collaboration with the Greek national partner GRECRIN.
