CZECRIN was a guest of a meeting with experts organized by AFM

On October 6, CZECRIN was invited to a panel discussion at the Expert meeting, organized by the Association of Pharmaceutical Medicine and the State Institute for Drug Control, where representatives of AIFP, ACRO, IQVIA, representatives of sponsors of academic clinical trials (MOÚ, FN Ostrava) and representatives from examining physicians. The topic was The Challenges of the 21st Century in the Field of Clinical Trials and the meeting discussed clinical trials during the COVID-19 pandemic, the future of clinical trials in connection with the electronic health data and, last but not least, the possibility of supporting patient recruitment. On behalf of CZECRIN, PharmDr. Lenka Součková, Ph.D., Head of CZECRIN CTU Network and European Correspondent of ECRIN-ERIC. Among other things, the discussion highlighted the value of CZECRIN, which significantly contributes to increasing not only the number but also the quality of academic clinical trials.
