7th National Meeting of Study Nurses and Clinical Trial coordinators 2024

We would like to invite you to the 7th national meeting of study nurses and clinical trial coordinators, organized by the Masaryk Institute of Oncology in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, the CZECRIN research infrastructure and the PharmAround Foundation.

The meeting will take place on 12-13 September 2024 at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno. The event is intended primarily for student nurses and study coordinators from various types of health care institutions. A limited number of places is reserved for representatives of sponsors, especially monitors, from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

A new feature of this year’s event is a Social Evening on 12/9/2024, with a space for exchanging experiences and networking between centres. Attendance at the Social Evening organised by the PharmAround Foundation is free of charge.

NEWS FROM THE CLINICAL FIELDS OF ONCOLOGY, NEUROLOGY AND CARDIOLOGY – COORDINATOR MINIMUM

FIRST-IN HUMAN: BEHIND THE CURTAIN OF PHASE 1 CLINICAL TRIALS 

• What is practically behind the challenging studies when a drug is administered to the first human subjects? Welcome to the Phase 1 Trials Unit.

SOCIAL EVENING, organised by the PharmAround Foundation

• New this year. A space for exchanging experiences and networking between centres.

The social evening will take place in the centre of Brno, in the historic premises of the Old Town Hall. 

The evening includes the opportunity to climb the observation tower with views of the Brno city skyline.

• Active participation – no fee
• Passive participation – study coordinators, study nurses and other staff of health care institutions – 3.900 CZK
• Passive participation – representatives of pharmaceutical companies and CROs – 9.000 CZK

Cancellation fees:

• Cancellation by Monday 17 June 2024 – 0% fee (full refund)
• Cancellation by Friday 28 June 2024 – 50% fee (50% of the full price refunded)
• Cancellation by Monday 15 July 2024 onwards – 100% fee (full amount forfeited)

Registration fee includes attendance at both days of the conference, the Social Evening, conference materials and refreshments during the event. It does not include accommodation.

A proforma invoice will be sent to you within 2 weeks based on your completed form. If you do not receive an invoice within 14 days, please check the spam folder in your email. If the invoice is not here either, please email us at fakturace@pharmaround.cz

If paying from a company account, please include the names of registered participants in the notes. An invoice will be issued and sent after payment has been received.

Registration is guaranteed only after payment of the registration fee.
