DONETs
Disease Oriented Networks
Expert networks to coordinate non-commercial clinical research in specific clinical areas.
Disease Oriented Networks (DONETs)
Disease Oriented Networks are expert networks of clinical sites that connect research teams across the Czech Republic in priority medical areas. Led by renowned clinical experts, they support the ideation, preparation and implementation of independent non-commercial clinical trials.
By sharing the expertise of CZECRIN, DONETs create an environment that enables effective collaboration between clinical teams, study coordinators and participating healthcare facilities.
Detailed pages of individual DONETs are being prepared.
The importance of Disease Oriented Networks
Disease oriented networks of clinical research networks provide a platform for the validation of new scientific findings and hypotheses in clinical practice. They bring together experts from all over the Czech Republic and enable the implementation of non-commercial clinical trials in a single, methodologically coordinated environment.
Key features
DONETs provide the following key functions across clinical research:
- quickly connect clinical teams, researchers and medical centres
- strengthen the quality and efficiency of non-commercial clinical trials
- share CZECRIN’s professional and methodological expertise across disciplines
- involve Czech teams in national and international projects
- move seamlessly from scientific hypothesis to its validation in a clinical trial
