About the Event

We invite you to 9th National Meeting of Research Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators , organized by the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University, the Czech National Network for Clinical Research (CZECRIN), which is part of the CREATIC Center of Excellence, the Association of Study Coordinators and Nurses (ASKAS, z.s.), and the PharmAround Endowment Fund.

The two-day conference will take place on 7–8. 9. 2026 at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno. It is primarily intended for research nurses and research coordinators from various types of healthcare facilities. A limited number of spots are reserved for representatives of sponsors—particularly monitors—from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

PHARMAROUND FOUNDATION SOCIAL EVENING

Following the success of last year’s event, we’ll be getting together again on the first day for a social evening!

A forum for sharing experiences and building relationships among centers.

The PharmAround Foundation’s social evening will take place at the Museum of Applied Arts in Brno.

Registration Fees

Registration is currently available upon request

No fee – Active participation

Study coordinators, nursing assistants, and other healthcare facility staff – 3,900 CZK – Passive participation

Representatives of pharmaceutical companies and CROs – 9,000 CZK – Passive participation

Cancellation fees:

• If you cancel your registration by the 16th, 6. 2026 – 0% fee (full refund)
• If you cancel your registration on or after the 17th, 6. 2026 to 14. 7. 2026 – 50% fee (50% refund of the total amount)
• If registration is canceled after July 15, 2026—100% fee (the full amount is forfeited)

The registration fee includes the full program for both days of the conference as well as admission to the PharmAround Foundation’s social evening, but does not include lodging.

Based on the completed form, a pro forma invoice will be sent to you within 2 weeks. If you do not receive the invoice within 14 days, please check the spam folder in your email. If the invoice is not there either, please email us at fakturace@pharmaround.cz.

When paying from a business account, please include the names of the registered participants in the payment notes. The invoice will be issued and sent only after payment is received.

Registration is guaranteed only after the registration fee has been paid.
