Joint Conference of Pharmacological and Toxicological Societies

The joint conference of pharmacology and toxicology societies will take place September 9–11, 2026, at the Bohunice University Campus in Brno.

The event will bring together four traditional professional conferences: the 73rd Czech-Slovak Pharmacology Days, the 31st TOXCON Conference, the 25th Czech Conference on Clinical Pharmacology, and the 29th Czech Conference on Therapeutic Drug Monitoring. This will create a joint interdisciplinary platform focused on experimental and clinical pharmacology, toxicology, therapeutic drug monitoring, and issues related to the development, efficacy, and safety of drugs.

The conference is intended for physicians and other healthcare professionals, scientists, researchers, experts from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, and students of biomedical disciplines. Its goal is to promote the sharing of the latest scientific findings and practical experience while strengthening collaboration between academia, clinical practice, and industry.

The program will feature expert lectures, thematic sessions, presentations of current research projects, poster presentations, expert discussions, and opportunities for networking. The event will also include a social evening, which will take place on September 10, 2026, at the Museum of Decorative Arts of the Moravian Gallery in Brno.

The conference is organized by the Institute of Pharmacology at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Medicine, the Czech Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology, the Czech Society for Clinical Pharmacology of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně, and the PharmAround Endowment Fund.
