VIII National Meeting of Study Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators
We are currently preparing the 8th national meeting of study nurses and clinical trial coordinators, which is organized by the Masaryk Institute of Oncology in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, the Czech National Clinical Research Network CZECRIN and the PharmAround Foundation.

About the event
We invite you to VIIIth National Meeting of Study Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators organized by the Masaryk Institute of Oncology in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, the Czech National Clinical Research Network CZECRIN, which is part of the CREATIC Centre of Excellence, and the PharmAround Foundation.
The two-day conference will take place on 08.-09. 9. 2025 at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno. It is intended primarily for student nurses and study coordinators from various types of health care institutions. A limited number of places is intended for representatives of sponsors, especially monitors, from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

The conference includes a Pharmaround Foundation Social Evening.
Registration fees
Registration is open until 30. 6. 2025, or until capacity is reached.
No fee – Active participation
Study coordinators, study nurses and other staff of health care institutions – 3.900 CZK – Passive participation
Representatives of pharmaceutical companies and CROs – 9.000 CZK – Passive participation
Cancellation fees:
If you cancel your registration by Monday 14. 7. 2025 – 0% fee (full refund)
If you cancel your registration by Monday 11. 8. 2025 – 50% fee (50% of the full price refunded)
Then 100% cancellation fee
The registration fee includes participation in both days of the conference, the Pharmaround Foundation Social Evening, conference materials and refreshments during the event. It does not include accommodation.
Based on the completed form, a proforma invoice will be sent to you within 2 weeks. If you do not receive an invoice within 14 days, please check your spam folder in your email. If the invoice is not here either, please email us at fakturace@pharmaround.cz.
When paying from a company account, please include the names of registered participants in the note. An invoice will be issued and sent after payment has been received.
Registration is guaranteed only after payment of the registration fee.
