International
research projects

Involvement of CZECRIN in international research networks and projects supporting clinical research at European level.

Characteristics of international research projects

CZECRIN collaborates with national and international biomedical infrastructures, research organisations and research consortia, possibly other non-commercial institutions or the WHO. At the same time, in the framework of commercial cooperation, it prefers to work with SMEs with their own biomedical research, in which it participates in the development of regulatory strategies or offers its production capacity in GMP mode.

Involvement in international projects and research infrastructures enables CZECRIN to actively contribute to the harmonisation of practices, sharing of know-how and development of clinical research in the European context.

More than 20 international projects

In the framework of European collaborations, CZECRIN is involved in more than 20 research projects funded by FP7 and Horizon 2020. Within the framework of collaborations with medical infrastructures, it cooperates closely with biobanks associated in BBMRI and translational research laboratories within EATRIS, both nationally and internationally within ERIC infrastructures.

Thematic clinical trial projects

In addition to participation in international research infrastructures and consortia, CZECRIN is also involved in the implementation of thematically focused projects in the field of clinical trials. These projects focus on specific areas of expertise and contribute to the development of clinical research through targeted research activities and collaboration with expert partners.
