Systematically support all phases of clinical research – from the inception of a research plan to its clinical implementation – through expertise, technological capacity and methodological guidance.

Enhance the quality, innovation and societal benefit of clinical trials while maintaining the highest scientific, ethical and regulatory standards and with a clear impact on patient care.
We pursue these objectives through the three main pillars of CZECRIN
Clinical Trial National Centre
We provide methodological and practical support for the preparation and implementation of clinical trials throughout the Czech Republic. We help teams across the CZECRIN network with coordination, study start-up and navigating regulatory and operational requirements.
CZECRIN Academy
We educate and certify clinical research professionals – from researchers to coordinators to student nurses. We offer courses and hands-on training that strengthen the quality and standards of clinical trials.

DONETs
We connect experts and clinical sites focused on specific disease areas. DONETs promote collaboration, sharing of expertise and the development of high quality clinical trials.
Phase I units
Dedicated facilities for early phase clinical trials, including first-in-human studies. They provide a safe and highly controlled environment for challenging clinical trials.
ECRIN-ERIC
Linking CZECRIN to the European Clinical Research Infrastructure. It enables participation in international studies and supports cross-border collaboration of research teams.
Science and Research
We conduct and support clinical trials across the Czech Republic – from the early stages of research to the validation of innovative therapeutic approaches in clinical practice. We collaborate with research teams, healthcare institutions and international partners.
