Our mission is to advance clinical research that improves the care of stroke patients. We are building an environment where research teams, clinical sites and experts across the country come together to produce innovative academic studies that produce results with real impact on everyday clinical practice.
CZECRIN | STROCZECH promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing and the transfer of scientific knowledge into patient care, thus contributing to the development of modern cerebrovascular medicine.
Vision CZECRIN | STROCZECH
- To create and support a network of stroke research collaborators and academic institutions in the long term,
- Support independent academic clinical trials reflecting current clinical practice issues and patient needs,
- Provide professional, methodological and organizational support for the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical trials,
- Utilize real-world data (RWD) to create real-world evidence (RWE) and implement it into the healthcare system,
- Strengthen national and international collaboration to identify clinically relevant topics and accelerate the translation of scientific knowledge into clinical practice.
CZECRIN | STROCZECH is a disease oriented network
aims to support the creation, implementation and development of academic clinical trials in the field of stroke – from protocol design to the implementation of results into clinical practice. It was established in 2020 with the aim of systematically developing academic clinical research in the field of cerebrovascular medicine and strengthening collaboration between stroke centres in the Czech Republic.
It focuses on supporting research that improves the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of stroke and contributes to improving the quality of life of stroke patients. The CZECRIN | STROCZECH network connects stroke centres, research teams and clinical experts who want to actively participate in clinical trials in the field of cerebrovascular research.
