CZECRIN participates in the implementation of non-commercial clinical trials and related research activities focused on the current needs of the Czech healthcare system within national research projects. These projects are developed in collaboration with teaching hospitals, research institutions and other professional workplaces in the Czech Republic and are implemented in accordance with national and international clinical research standards. <\/p>\n
National research projects are a key tool for developing clinical and translational research, generating independent evidence-based data and translating research findings into clinical practice. CZECRIN applies its expertise, methodological and infrastructural capacities in these projects to support the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and to contribute to the improvement of healthcare in the Czech Republic. <\/p>\n

CZECRIN has long been involved in the systematic support of non-commercial clinical research<\/strong> in the Czech Republic. It responds to the long-standing need for a systematic, coordinated and transparent approach to clinical research that links professional capacity, infrastructure and regulatory environment into a functional whole. <\/p>\n The importance of the project lies in its ability to unify previously fragmented activities and to create a common platform for collaboration between public administration, research infrastructures, academia, healthcare institutions, industry and patient organisations. The KHLP is thus not a single initiative but a long-term strategic approach that promotes stability, predictability and credibility of the clinical trials system. <\/p>\n At the same time, the project strengthens the international competitiveness of the Czech Republic in the field of clinical research and contributes to better accessibility of innovative treatments for patients.
