DESCRIPTION:Time and Place \n\n📅  September 9\, 2026\, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. 9. 2026 14:00📍Faculty of Medicine\, Masaryk University\, Kamenice 5\, 625 00 Brno\, Czech Republic📇 Registration: CLOSED Registration is currently available upon request. \n\nAbout the Event \n\nWe invite you to  9th National Meeting of Research Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators \, organized by the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University\, the Czech National Network for Clinical Research (CZECRIN)\, which is part of the CREATIC Center of Excellence\, the Association of Study Coordinators and Nurses (ASKAS\, z.s.)\, and the PharmAround Endowment Fund. \n\nThe two-day conference will take place on  7–8. 9. 2026  at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno. It is primarily intended for research nurses and research coordinators from various types of healthcare facilities. A limited number of spots are reserved for representatives of sponsors—particularly monitors—from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.  \n\n\n\nThematic Blocks \n\nTOPICS FOR THIS YEAR’S TWO-DAY CONFERENCE: \n\n\nThe Role of a Study Coordinator\n\n\n\nDigitization and Hospital Information Systems as Electronic Source Documentation\n\n\n\nThe Life Cycle of the Evaluated Medicinal Product at the Center\n\n\n\nScenarios from the Field of Coordination\n\n\n\nISF: The Study Coordinator’s Pandora’s Box\n\n\n\nArtificial Intelligence and Its Application in the Day-to-Day Practice of Clinical Trials\n\n\nFULL PROGRAM \n\n\n\nPHARMAROUND FOUNDATION SOCIAL EVENING \n\nFollowing the success of last year’s event\, we’ll be getting together again on the first day for a social evening! \n\nA forum for sharing experiences and building relationships among centers.   \n\nThe PharmAround Foundation’s social evening will take place at the Museum of Applied Arts in Brno. \n\n\n\nRegistration Fees \n\nRegistration is currently available upon request \n\nNo fee – Active participation \n\nStudy coordinators\, nursing assistants\, and other healthcare facility staff – 3\,900 CZK – Passive participation \n\nRepresentatives of pharmaceutical companies and CROs – 9\,000 CZK – Passive participation \n\nCancellation fees: \n\n\nIf you cancel your registration by the 16th\, 6. 2026 – 0% fee (full refund)\n\n\n\nIf you cancel your registration on or after the 17th\, 6. 2026 to 14. 7. 2026 – 50% fee (50% refund of the total amount)\n\n\n\nIf registration is canceled after July 15\, 2026—100% fee (the full amount is forfeited)\n\n\nThe registration fee includes the full program for both days of the conference as well as admission to the PharmAround Foundation’s social evening\, but does not include lodging.   \n\nBased on the completed form\, a pro forma invoice will be sent to you within 2 weeks. If you do not receive the invoice within 14 days\, please check the spam folder in your email. If the invoice is not there either\, please email us at fakturace@pharmaround.cz.   \n\nWhen paying from a business account\, please include the names of the registered participants in the payment notes.
